Simple and User Friendly
From the automated acid-mix system to the
self-adjusting burner, the MLK- Delinter is engineered for simplicity. L.T. Kincer
Company has made the delinter easier, more ecomomical and safer for you. |

Automated Acid Mix Gone are the dangerous days of mixing the solution manually. Our automated acid-mix system and its operator- friendly control system provide a consistent delinting solution. This technology reduces operator error in the mix formula and provides a consistent solution. |
| Self-Adjusting Burners The MLK-Delinter features a simple on/off type of control, the burner's internal MLK- control system constantly monitors the Delinter's internal temperature and adjusts the burner output accordingly. With fail-safetemperature controls, damage to the seed by
extreme temperatures has been avoided. In addition to preventing damage to the seed by
heat, this constant monitoring and adjustment reduces gas consumption-lowering energy costs for |

| Environmentally Sound The MLK-Delinter employs a new, ECONO-DILUTE delinting process which eliminates liquid waste effluents. The only waste is the discarded seeds and lint. The ECONO-DILUTE process utilizes a diluted delinting solution which uses only a fraction of the chemicals required by traditional chemical delinting. With discarded seed and lint being the only waste, the work place and environment are free of pullution. Capacities The input of the MLK-Delinter varies, dependent upon the variety type and the condition of the cottonseed. Ideally, each unit is estimated to delint one (1) ton of fuzzy cottonseed per hour. |
| Smooth and Swift The base of the MLK-Delinter has been designed to provide smooth and swift removal of exhaust air and lint/debris from the machine. Any lint or debris that remains in the machine from operation can be removed during clean-out. During clean-out, the operator can "blow down" the interior of the machine from the center maintenance door. The lint and debris which may have built up during operations are quickly removed through the exhaust duct. One other feature incorporated into the MLK- Delinter is that it can exhaust through the front or the back of the machine. This feature allows the machine to be installed in many locations where limited space is an issue. |
